A good massage can offer up some bad spots in your body. It can also relieve you of your stress, physically and mentally. This is one of the few reasons why I always get a massage after I go to the gym. It doesn't only release toxins from my body, but it also softens my exhausted parts from the too much workout. I definitely agree with all the points that you've listed and would also advice other people to take a massage if their stressed out.
